When we decided to create our NOLA Coffee, we didn't simply want to revisit a historic recipe directly inspired by New Orleans. We wanted to create a meaningful, indulgent beverage. This isn't just a coffee: it's a unique blend. Chicory, which many see as a simple addition, is a key player here. It brings a natural and balanced sweetness, softening the strength of the coffee without masking its aromas. It's thanks to chicory that our NOLA Coffee offers moderate caffeine, a perfect compromise between pleasure and lightness.
For us, this blend is the expression of what we stand for with well-sourced products: a specialty Arabica coffee, Peruvian Origin, roasted by our neighbors at The Beans on Fire in Paris, combined with our chicory harvested in France, gently roasted. Two exceptional products, each with its own story, that come together to create something new, something different in the cup.
And bam: The NOLA : a cup with less caffeine, but still just as complex a taste. Less is better, we told you. We wanted this blend to be light for the planet, but with real character on the palate . A coffee that respects the values we defend: quality, sustainability, and pleasure.
