A sweet and soothing drink, ideal to start the day or for a wellness break in the afternoon.
Ingredients :
- 1 to 2 teaspoons of Cherico instant chicory
- 250 ml of oat milk (or cow's milk for a more traditional version).
- 1 tablespoon of honey, adjustable to taste
- A pinch of cinnamon (optional)
Preparation :
- Heat the oat milk in a saucepan until hot but not boiling.
- Pour Cherico soluble chicory into a little hot water to create a concentrated base (the more water you add, the more recipe will be light).
- Mix the honey (and cinnamon if desired) with the chicory base.
- Pour the hot milk over the chicory and honey mixture, then mix well.
- Serve immediately for a comforting and enveloping experience.
